Shipping policy

All orders are delivered using USPS, UPS or FEDEX courier. Delivery to most area will take 5-7, where some area might take longer.

 

A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We deliver to most postal areas internationally but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service 

 

All delivery options are subject to stock availability and on rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published timed windows.

 

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. 

 

You should receive an email confirming your order, if you do not please check your junk email box or contact us straight away, as it is possible your order has not been successfully completed.
